- My article has a defect. How can I make a refund?

Assign item fails, we will return them to the manufacturer directly and complain.
Please to contact our customer service via email service@verypoolish.com or via contact form.
Please note that it may take some time until your claim is complete.
If desired, you get your money back or we will send as soon as possible an exchange of articles.
When returning, please use the enclosed return sticker and the return form.
- How long does the complaint process?

Depending on the country you return the goods and our transport partners DHL may vary the duration of the complaint process.
Within Germany, it can take up to 3 business days , until the goods arrive in our warehouse . On the same day the return is processed. Overall, the process may take 4-5 working days.
Returns from abroad can take more than 7 working days to complete, until the return can be processed by us .
Please note that weekend and holidays have to be added to the delivery times.
If we are to exchange the goods, it may take up to 3 weeks depending on the manufacturer .
