- What shipping options do I have?
- Your order will be delivered exclusively by our reliable delivery service DHL. You can choose between standard shipping or express shipping.
- How much are the shipping and handling charges when I buy online?
- Delivery is free shipping within Germany with the delivery standard shipping.
If you choose express delivery, 14,90 € will be charged.
For COD delivery deviating tariffs apply.
- How long is the delivery time?
- Immediately available items, we usually deliver within 1-3 working days.
The duration of the mails is however in the hands of our logistics partner - this is a turnaround time of one working day in Germany to.
Please note that weekend and holidays delay the delivery

- Mistakes happen in the world every operation. Unfortunately, we can not absolve ourselves of it.

If you have received a confirmation message at the end of your order, your order is processed.
If you have not received a confirmation message, please contact our customer service.
However, should be something went wrong and you still have not received your item within the delivery period we would like to apologize.
