  • How do I make a purchase?
  • Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the ‘mini bag’ at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the mini bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process.   • Can I order by telephone?
  • Yes — call us with details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information and we will process your order. Customer Care is available on service@verypoolish.com [+49 (0)89/4207908-100] — available 9 a.m. -5 p.m., Monday to Friday
  • Do I need to create an account, to buy?
  • No, in order to shop at verypoolish.com you just need a customer account. We offer orders also without registration of a customer account. To do this, click on the registration form on " Continue without registration " and follow the ordering process .
  • How will I know if you have received my order?
  • After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable from our warehouse, we will try our best to locate them from our POOL store. If this is not possible you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will not be processed.

    Minimum order:
    For all countries a minimum order value of 40,-Euro applies.
  • How can I view my previous orders?
  • To view your previous orders, login to www.verypoolish.com with your e -mail address and password . Under " Orders " in the menu item " Account " you will find an overview of all your previous orders .
  • Can I change for a confirmed order my shipping address?
  • Unfortunately it is not possible in retrospect to change the delivery address.

    How do I redeem a voucher:
    If you have a voucher, you can redeem it online only.
    When buying online a special field for voucher codes is provided in your shopping cart. Enter your voucher code and the value will be charged as soon as possible with your order.
    Note that some vouchers are please provided with a minimum order. Furthermore, you can specify only a voucher code.
  • What do I do if my request item is already sold ?
  • If your desired product is no longer available, please contact our customer service.
